Copyright
I retain the copyright of all my designs, buildings (including
fixed structures) and even models of buildings as works of architecture.
I also retain the copyright in all plans as "graphic works". If you would
like to make 3D models of any of my buildings or designs, this will infringe
my copyright and should not be done without my permission in writing. The
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 states that the copyright in a building
will not be infringed by photographing it or publishing those photographs
if the building work is on permanent public display. I assert the paternity
right in respect of all buildings I have designed and issuing photographs
or any other recognisable representations of all or a substantial part of
any of these works is likely to infringe this paternity right unless the
representation bears the my name, for example in a caption under the picture.
